Just wanted to let you know that the chairs arrived Monday am; no delay. The delivery company called in advance as requested. No damage. We assembled them last night. The packaging is amazing. They look great and are just as comfortable as when we sat in a demo chair in your store last fall. Thanks for all your help ...and diligent follow-up. It`s been a pleasure working with you. I can see why you won the new business of the year silver award last year.
