TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY/FREIGHT

PICK-UP: Your order must be picked up in it's original packaging within 15 days of receipt by Mikaza Home. A storage fee of 5$/day will apply to all orders not picked-up within 15 days of receipt by Mikaza Home/Maison Mikaza. All pick-ups are made at our flagship store located at 120 Du Portage during regular store hours.
DELIVERY and ASSEMBLY: Local (Ottawa/Hull area) delivery is 75.00$ per order and includes placement in your room of choice. Assembly is also offered at a 10% surcharge on item's original ticket price.
Cross-Canada shipping charge is 75.00$ per order (freight shipping only). A storage fee of 5$/day will apply to all delvieries not scheduled within 20 days of receipt by Mikaza Home.

2. PAYMENT

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, cash, personal cheque or Paypal. Applicable taxes will be added to all orders.
Personal cheques are acceptable with 10 days clearance time.

For non-stocking items, Mikaza Home will confirm approximate lead time before payment is taken.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT/LEAD TIME

To place an order please contact us by email or phone. You will receive an invoice by email for all purchases detailing shipping and billing info.

LEAD TIME: Mikaza Home orders in your furniture within 3 business days of payment and normal arrival lead time varies from 1 to 6 weeks. In special cases, such as custom orders, if a greater delay is expected, our staff will make best efforts to advise you as soon as possible.

4. RETURN POLICY/WARRANTEE

All our products are backed by a full 1 year warrantee on manufacturing defects. Additional warrantees may be available, as applicable.

Damages during shipping: Simply give us a call or email within 3 days if your product arrives in bad shape, and we'll either exchange or repair the damaged piece at no cost.
Returns: 100% store credit for all other returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply for cash refund.

5. NATURAL PRODUCTS

As many of our products are made of natural sources such as wood, marble and cowhide, there are variations which occur naturally and do not affect the quality or function of the products. We consider these "blemishes" part of the beauty of dealing with natural products. However, should the variations affect the use, durability or safety of the product, it will be replaced. Examples of variations which do not affect quality include, but are not limited to minor knots in wood, micro-fissures in marble, colour patterns in our cowhide products and lot to lot variations in leather products.

6. PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice, unless your order has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: If delivery is requested greater than 30 days after order date, a 10% reservation fee will apply, unless items are on back-order.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order may be cancelled within 24hrs of confirmation, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
